3v3 Basketball League Registration
Welcome to the 3v3 Basketball League! We’re excited to have you join us for an exciting season of basketball. To register, please complete the following steps:
1. Download the Registration Form:
2. Download the Consent Forms:
Instructions:
1. Fill out both the registration form and the consent forms completely.
2. Email the completed forms to dstephens@okfadeawayhoops.com with the subject line “3v3 Registration”.
3. Once we receive your forms, we will send you an invoice for payment.
Important Notice: If payment is not received by August 11th, you will be dropped from the league.

“About The League”
Description:
OK Fadeaway Hoops Fall 3v3 League
Season Dates
- September 1 - November 26 (Sundays, 9 AM - 3 PM)
- Game Dates:
- September: 1st, 15th, 29th
- October: 14th, 28th
- November: 12th, 26th
- Each team guaranteed 2 games per week, totaling 12 games + All-Star game on November 26th
Divisions
- 6 Teams Max Per Division:
- K-2nd Grade (Coed)
- 3rd/4th Grade (Coed)
- 5th/6th Grade (Boys & Girls)
- 7th/8th Grade (Boys & Girls)
- High School (Boys & Girls)
Game Structure
- Periods: Two 8-minute periods
- Clock: Stops on all dead balls and free throws
- Halftime: 2-minute halftime
- Warm-up: 4-minute warm-up between games
Team Composition
- Players on the Court: 3 players
- Team Size: 4-5 players per team
Requirements
- Certification: All players must be National Sports ID certified
- Certification Validity: Good for any OK Fadeaway Hoops event during the 2024-2025 season (Sept 1, 2024 - Aug 31, 2025)

- Individual: $120 (non-refundable, includes uniform top)
- Team:
- $480 for 4 players
- $550 for 5 players
- (Includes uniform top for all players)
